INTRO: 3-D Life technology, manufactured in Germany by Cellendes GmbH, is an integrated system for the generation of biomimetic hydrogels used in 3D cell culture. 3-D Life represents the most flexible system for biomimetic hydrogel design. DESCRIPTION: 3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 5.5) is a 10x concentrated salt and buffer solution which is diluted to physiological strength when used in the 3-D Life system. It is used for the formation of fast gelling hydrogels where it provides a cell environment at pH 5.5, which is compatible with most cell types. In conjunction with 3-D Life 10x CB-Buffer (pH 7.2) it is used to generate pHs of intermediate values to modify the gelation kinetics of fast gelling gels. APPLICATION: Used with other components of the 3-D Life Hydrogel System to establish 3D cell cultures. QUANTITY: 600 µl. Sufficient for at least 6 ml 3-D Life Hydrogel.

Product DescriptionCitrate buffer solution has a 0.5M concentration at a pH of 5.0. Citrate is used as an anticoagulant, a biological buffer, and is often prepared for antigen retrieval of tissue samples. The solution is designed to break protein cross-links, unmasking antigens and epitopes in formalin-fixed and paraffin embedded tissue sections, resulting in enhanced stain intensity of antibodies. Citrate has as a calcium chelator that forms complexes to disrupt the tendency of blood to clot.For laboratory use only. Not fit for agricultural, household, clinical use or human consumption.
